1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and dispatched on the same day or the next day after order confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp and email to track your order.

  • Orders are delivered within 4 to 6 days, depending on your location and weather conditions.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Delivery: 4-6 business days (location & weather conditions may affect timing).

  • Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (available for select locations).


3. Shipping Charges & Payment

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders have additional courier charges, which must be paid in advance before shipment.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp and email.

  • If you do not receive tracking details, please contact our support team.


5. Shipping Partners

We collaborate with trusted courier services such as:

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your order.

  • If you miss the first attempt, two more attempts will be made.

  • If the package is undelivered after three attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.


7. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please provide a correct and complete shipping address to avoid delays.

  • SnapsQuick is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or find any missing items, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our verification.
