1. Customization & Design Approval

At SnapsQuick, we specialize in personalized and custom-made products. Each item is designed as per customer specifications and crafted with utmost care. Before finalizing an order, customers are required to approve the design via WhatsApp, after which no modifications will be entertained.

We strongly recommend that customers provide high-resolution images in JPG or PNG format to ensure the best print quality. SnapsQuick will not be responsible for print quality issues arising from low-resolution or unclear images uploaded by the customer.

2. Order Processing & Payment Policy

  • Orders are only processed once payment is received (except for COD orders).

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will incur an additional shipping charge, whereas prepaid orders qualify for free shipping.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified unless there is an issue from our end.

  • In cases where a customer fails to respond for design confirmation within the stipulated time, SnapsQuick reserves the right to process the order as per the provided specifications.

3. Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • We strive to ensure on-time delivery, but unexpected delays may occur due to logistical constraints, courier service issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Order tracking updates will be provided via WhatsApp and email at different stages of processing and shipping.

  • Customers must provide an accurate shipping address and contact information to avoid delivery failures. SnapsQuick will not be held responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • In case of non-delivery due to the recipient’s unavailability, the customer may need to coordinate with the courier service directly.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

As a provider of fully customized products, SnapsQuick does not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we ensure customer satisfaction through a structured replacement policy:

  • If a customer receives an incorrect product, SnapsQuick will verify the issue and provide a replacement with the correct item.

  • If the product arrives damaged during transit, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear images as proof. After verification, we will process a replacement.

  • Customers must note that minor variations in color, size, or print alignment may occur due to different screen resolutions, printing techniques, and product materials. Such variations will not qualify for replacements.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright Compliance

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the images and content they provide for customization do not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks. SnapsQuick will not be liable for any legal claims arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted images.

  • All templates, designs, and branding elements used by SnapsQuick are intellectual property of SnapsQuick and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • SnapsQuick shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by customers due to delivery delays, product expectations, or customization errors arising from incorrect details provided by the customer.

  • The maximum liability of SnapsQuick is limited to the replacement of the product in case of verified damage or incorrect order fulfillment.

  • By purchasing from SnapsQuick, customers acknowledge and accept our terms, conditions, and policies as outlined in this disclaimer.
