4. Ordering Process

4.1 Product Customization

As our products are personalized, you are responsible for:

  • Uploading high-resolution images

  • Ensuring you hold the rights to the images

  • Reviewing spelling, layout, and other customization details

We print exactly what you submit and do not edit unless requested.

4.2 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated)

  • Secure online payments are accepted via trusted payment gateways

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers.


5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 4–6 business days

  • Delays may occur due to high volumes or complex customizations

5.2 Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 working days post-dispatch

  • Tracking details will be shared upon shipment

5.3 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses

  • Delays by courier partners

  • Recipient unavailability

We’ll assist you with tracking and resolving issues to the best of our ability.


6. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions include:

To claim:

  • Share clear photo/video evidence

  • Retain original packaging if return is needed

A replacement or refund will be offered after verification.

6.2 Not Eligible for Return

  • Poor image quality due to customer submission


7. Cancellations & Order Changes

7.1 Order Cancellation

Cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed.

In rare cases, if you contact us within 1 hour and production hasn’t started, we may consider it, but refunds will not be issued.

7.2 Order Modifications

  • Contact us immediately for changes (e.g., address or design updates)

  • We’ll try to accommodate if production hasn’t started


8. Customer Images & Privacy

We do not use your uploaded images for marketing without your permission.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to use it only for fulfilling your order.

9. Intellectual Property
