At SnapsQuick, we are committed to delivering your personalized gifts with speed, care, and reliability. We strive to ensure that your orders reach you on time and in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched on the same day or the next day after order confirmation.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp and email to track your order.
Orders are delivered within 4 to 6 days, depending on your location and weather conditions.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Standard Delivery: 4-6 business days (location & weather conditions may affect timing).
Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (available for select locations).
3. Shipping Charges & Payment
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders have additional courier charges, which must be paid in advance before shipment.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp and email.

If you do not receive tracking details, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your order.
If you miss the first attempt, two more attempts will be made.
If the package is undelivered after three attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
7. Address & Delivery Issues
Please provide a correct and complete shipping address to avoid delays.
SnapsQuick is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or find any missing items, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on our verification.
